George J Birdsell-Teichman

As  Chief Operating Officer at VIG Solar, George Teichman is responsible for the operations of the company. He brings more than 27 years of experience to VIG Solar. His experience and leadership is  focused on developing and delivering whole-home green energy solutions and smart home technology innovation to the Las Vegas valley where he has lived and worked for (XXXXX) years. George is a lifelong business owner and expert investor and is committed to providing outstanding client services, and driving profitable revenue growth.

James B Olsen

As Chief Financial Officer, James is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions, including accounting, audit, corporate finance, and investor relations.

A life long entrepreneur and seasoned investor, his career spans more than (XXXXX) years of varied experience in financial management, business leadership, and corporate strategy.

Amy Teichman

As Co-Vice President,  Amy Teichman provides high-level leadership support to the COO and CFO of VIG Solar and assists in leading the strategic communications, brand management, and marketing team, driving the company forward. Amy is a successful small business owner and expert in business management and development.

Christina Teichman

As Co-Vice President,  Christina Teichman provides high-level leadership support to the COO and CFO of VIG Solar and assists in leading corporate infrastructure, elevating growth, and overseeing quality control of VIG’s services.  Christina is a successful entrepreneur and expert in business management and development.

Ryan Olsen

Ryan Olsen leads VIG Solar’s  innovation initiatives, in collaboration with business and technology leaders across the company, exploring emerging green-energy technologies, he assesses their impact on the company’s business, evaluates new products that provide client value, and puts forward  and solutions to the VIG Solar team.

With expert level knowledge of licensure and permitting, and green-energy and electrical design plans, Ryan provides oversite to project design.

Jamison Hardtner

As field and operations manager, Jamison Hardtner is responsible for leading the development and oversite of VIG Solar’s services and products. With years of experience in managing electrical and green-energy infrastructure, and providing technical and operational guidance for large-scale,  organizations, Jamison is an asset with experience in engineering, licensing,
permits, design, installation, crew management, and quality control supervisor.

Heather Teichman

As the OOM, Heather is responsible for all corporate accounting, financial reporting, tax strategy and enterprise risk management. Her career spans more than (XXXX) years of extensive experience in financial management and business leadership.

Heather has extensive experience with insurance, licensure, bonding, permitting, OSHA and city and state compliance.

Barbara Toft

As the head of VIG Solar’s Customer Relations, Barbara is responsible for the company’s customer management strategy and functions, which include client education, scheduling, contractor management, workflow tracking, talent acquisition, leadership and organizational development, and employee communications.

Justin E Baca

With broad experience in installations of solar modules and components as well as traditional electrical installations, Justin is highly knowledgable and dedicated to solar energy as an innovative and emerging energy source.
